JooDee ARTIST SERIES JLP (Les Paul)

The JooDee Artist Series JLP (Les Paul) comes in three models: JLP-45, JLP-55, and JLP-60. Translating from the original Japanese from the gallery images below, there is are some inconsistencies in the specifications. All models have a 18* headstock. Two ads mention that the JLP-55 and JLP-60 have a three piece maple neck, while a JooDee catalog makes no mention of this. All sources below state the Artist Series have a Maple top “carved from a single board” and Mahogany back.

The JLP-60 has gold hardware and a diamond headstock which should make it a “Custom” model. The JLP-55 and JLP-45 have “Les Paul” written on the headstock. On the Artist Series, the JooDee logo is in the original script rather than the style used on the Performer Series Les Pauls and Stratocasters.
